The Children’s Village

For our All-embracing Leadership™ Development seminars we collaborate with different children’s’ villages all over Europe. These children’s’ villages have the suitable environment and infrastructure to run successful projects within the seminars. We collaborate in a close and trustful way with these villages and adjust the topics of the projects to children’s motivation and skills. Our partners make sure that the children have lots of fun and joy during the seminars and take along wonderful memories of the projects.

Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation Switzerland
In the Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation in Trogen, children and young people from Switzerland and abroad come into direct contact with each other, thereby providing the basis for peaceful intercultural co-existence. The Foundation offers children and adolescents the chance to have direct access to a foreign culture and learn more about it. The Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation creates educational opportunities in places where many children and adolescents cannot go to school for a variety of reasons. The Foundation supports partner organisations by setting up alternative schools and vocational training centres.

Pestalozzi International Village Trust
Pestalozzi International Village Trust is an educational charity whose primary aim has always been to break cycles and change conditions and attitudes that lead to conflict. Today it does this by:
providing an excellent education in the UK in accordance with the Pestalozzi principles (of educating “the Head, Heart and Hands"), and an experience of cultural diversity and global citizenship to young people with marked academic potential, from disadvantaged communities in various parts of the developing world
assisting those disadvantaged communities by instilling in our young people, who leave us well qualified, the ethos of service so that they can support and become advocates for the development of their home communities
fostering international understanding within those source communities, the UK and the wider world

Vorarlberger Kinderdörfer
The Vorarlberger Children’s villages support families, in which the welfare of the children is affected to a high degree. Their first aim is it to offer skills for children self-help. The families` skills and potentials are established, if possible, to re-establish their independence. They also take responsibility for the education of the children, if their parents are not able to. It doesn’t matter if this temporal or for a longer period of time. In addition to that they try to establish an atmosphere in the society where children are welcome.
