In the combination of two parallel teambuilding processes running at the same time, as well as the instant impulse from feedback, is a high efficiency reached in a short amount of time. The leadership qualities of the participants were constantly challenged and transparently focused on with intensive feedback situations. The facilitators approach each participant (no one can hide) and everyone has to be fully present at this development course. The concept and effect of this seminar has convinced me.
