In 2002 Matthias Klein founded QUESTO Prosulting with the goal of making learning and development more effective. The idea to cooperate with children’s villages for the development of leadership capacity, lead QUESTO Prosulting into unknown territory.
For this reason the first 2-3 years were mainly focused on the improvement and development of the process. Participants’ feedback was continuously sought and applied to improve the programme until it became a complex and dynamic leadership simulation.
The initial concept of a Corporate Citizenship approach, developed into the challenging, business oriented All-embracing™ Leadership Concept – a development programme that challenges its participants to provide real leadership.
This is a standard that we are seeking to meet in any of our leadership events. We enjoy and have become increasingly passionate about designing learning concepts and unique developmental simulations that are about real projects and real leadership.
QUESTO Prosulting is represented in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain and the UK.
QUESTO Prosulting cooperates with independent facilitators and specialists in experiential learning, some of who were participants on QUESTO programmes themselves.
Most of our facilitators work with and for large international corporations; thus, they can offer relevant practical experience and current knowledge in our seminars.
