He is certified as a psychotherapist in logo therapy and existential analysis (Viktor E. Frankl) and cognitive behaviour therapy. Matthias has long term experiences in a leading position in the business of automotive sector. He was senior consultant at a Munich Consulting company and responsible for leadership development and training.

As a Certified Professional Career Coach, PCCC, and a Certified Hendricks Institute Conscious Relationship Coach, with more than 25 years’ extensive experience working in global business development for an international Fortune 400 company and several national firms, Liselotte combines practical down-to-earth business practice with a cutting-edge learning environment for all her international clients. With hundreds of business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives from different industries, Liselotte has conducted corporate training and coaching programs for companies such as Lockheed Martin, IKEA, IBT, Vitra, Side and Accenture.

Antoine Kissenpfennig
Antoine studied linguistics and educational psychology at the university of Zürich. As a Manager and a leader responsible for personnel and organisational development he has been collecting experience within multicultural teams all over the world. Today he works at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue as the director for Communications and HR.
Wolfgang Wittmann
Wolfgang Wittmann is Head of Human Resource and Management Development of a German insurance company. Wolfgang is in charge of the leadership development and programs for futural leaders. He has long termed experience as a leader in the financial sector. Wolfgang accompanies team-building-processes and leaders.
Dieter Saner
After finishing his commercial apprenticeship Dieter studied at the Institute for applied psychology and is qualified in systemic consulting. Dieter graduated his MBA studies in Boston. He was head of human resources in different international companies and since 2003 he has been a self employed consultant and trainer.

Alina Driemel
Actually Alina is working as Project Manager on Consulting projects, as Coach and aditionally as trainer for Leadership Development trainings. She started working in Business Consulting after her studies in economics and has now more than seven years experience mainly in the areas of strategy, marketing and e-commerce related projects. This includes also working as Project Manager in different projects. Topics of her project experience are: Marketing strategy and process and services optimization, Re-engineering and Shared Service Center study, Organization Design and Change Management, Process optimization, Executive Training, Program Management.
Denis Grobotek
Denis studied Economics at two renowned European Business Schools in Reutlingen (Germany) and Reims (France) focussing on marketing and human resource management. He has more than 10 years of international FMCG marketing experience in brand management leading internationally-oriented assignments and teams as well as projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
Joachim Schwendenwein
Joachim Schwendenwein consults Austrian and international corporations since 1992. He spent 8 years in management positions in the areas of Organization Development and Human Resources in the Internet & Telco-Industry and is lecturing at different Universities – currently training Group-Dynamics at the Centre of Social Competence, University of Graz & facilitating in a leadership-skills class at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford. Joachim holds a Sociology-Master, University of Vienna, an Economic and Political Science-Doctorate, University GH Kassel, is member of the Austrian Society for Supervision and president of the Austrian Society of Group Dynamics & Organization Consulting. He consults strategic alignment and change, facilitates large groups, coaches of executive and expert teams, designs and delivers leadership & talent development.
