has long term experiences in a leading position in the business
of automotive sector. He was senior consultant at a Munich
Consulting company and responsible for leadership development

Alina Driemel
Actually Alina is working as Project Manager on Consulting projects, as Coach and aditionally as trainer for Leadership Development trainings. She started working in Business Consulting after her studies in economics and has now more than seven years experience mainly in the areas of strategy, marketing and e-commerce related projects. This includes also working as Project Manager in different projects. Joachim holds a Sociology-Master, University of Vienna, an Economic and Political Science-Doctorate, University GH Kassel, is member of the Austrian Society for Supervision and president of the Austrian Society of Group Dynamics & Organization Consulting.
