village. The children and young people collaborate with
us on a voluntary basis and participate by choice.
The Village Management and Teacher team supervises the project.
Daily feedback among the children, teachers and QUESTO ensures
a professional approach infused with joy, leading to an
unforgettable event for the children. Giving

Matthias
Klein Picture Matthias is
founder of QUESTO Prosulting. Matthias studied behavioural
science and master of business administration in Munich,
Vienna and Wales. He is certified as a psychotherapist in
logo therapy and existential analysis (Viktor E. Frankl)
and cognitive behaviour therapy. Matthias has long term
experiences in a leading position in the business of automotive
sector. He was senior consultant at a Munich Consulting
company and responsible for leadership development and training.

Liselotte
Molander As a Certified Professional
Career Coach, PCCC, and a Certified Hendricks Institute
Conscious Relationship Coach, with more than 25 years’ extensive
experience working in global business development for an
international Fortune 400 company and several national firms,
Liselotte combines practical down-to-earth business practice
with a cutting-edge learning environment for all her international
clients. With hundreds of business owners, entrepreneurs
and senior executives from different industries, Liselotte
has conducted corporate training and coaching programs for
companies such as Lockheed Martin, IKEA, IBT, Vitra, Side
and Accenture.
As the founder of “Brilliance Unleashed™”, The One Million
Courageous Entrepreneur Initiative™, The Courage Café™,

Alina Driemel Alina started working in Business Consulting after her studies in economics and has now more than seven years experience in this area, mainly in strategy, marketing and e-commerce related projects. This includes also working as Project Manager in different projects. Topics of her project experience are marketing strategy and process and services optimization for a new business model, re-engineering and Shared Service Center study, Organization Design and Change Management, process optimization, Executive Training, Program and Project Management.
Additionally to her Consulting projects she is working as trainer for Leadership Development trainings and as Coach. |
